‘Australia once rejected ‘feeble’ immigrants. Language changed but discrimination remains’

OPINION: “Idiots”, “imbeciles”, the “feeble-minded”, anyone with a “loathsome disease”: all were refused entry into Australia under early migration acts. Today, the language has changed, but the thrust of migration health regulations has not.
