Pakistan: Imran Khan challenges five-year disqualification ahead of general elections on February 8

Pakistan’s imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday filed a petition in the Lahore High Court (LHC) challenging his five-year disqualification by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) ahead of the general elections scheduled on February 8, 2024.
